      Montserrat empowers her patients to heal through diet, lifestyle, and natural medicine. She believes in educating her patients about health in order to find harmony and true balance. Her strengths include; pain management, nutrition, women’s health, digestion, anxiety, and stress management.    

 

     She is passionate about relieving people from pain. As a former athlete who has suffered breaks, tears, and strains, she has made it her mission to eliminate pain in her patients. She draws from an extensive toolbox of healing modalities from Ayurvedic medicine, to lab testing, to therapeutic stretching and exercises, and acupuncture and herbs. She has been in the integrative health field for nearly 10 years. 

 

    Montserrat customizes treatment plans that are as unique as each person's medical history, present and future. She is intuitive, receptive, compassionate, and motivational in supporting you through your journey to optimal health. Her strengths lie in the treatment of musculoskeletal and neurological pain, anxiety and depression, digestive issues, and women's health.
